Stay in a Barn

Have you ever stayed in a Barn? In Norfolk, we have an abundance of agricultural buildings that are situated in some fantastic rural locations, locations that offer easy access to the countryside. Barn stays are an increasingly popular Holiday for Holidaymakers heading to Norfolk. Some do carry a premium, but our Cart Shed is actually very well priced for the market and as such is sort after for its location. The Barn is highly finished as it was originally for the family to stay in when visiting, so we have gone the extra mile with finishes, including the kitchen and Bathrooms. When you choose the Barn stay it is a quiet and beautifully remote location, which is not far from the main amenities of the City and Coast. Thurton itself is described in the Doomsday Book and comes from the anglo-Saxon 'tun' meaning an enclosed space according to Wikipedia. There is a pub the George and Dragon. The village hosts a classic car show, which includes Lotus, Aston Martins and other vintage club cars each year and has a Foundry that was opened in 1963.
