About Us
Holiday Lets Norfolk is run by me (Lucinda) and my husband (Bim). I was born in Norfolk and have lived in different parts of the county during my life. I believe Norfolk is a beautiful place to live and visit especially with a family. There are so many amazing things and places to visit in Norfolk and there will never be enough time to explore all that there is on our doorstep. My husband was brought up in Kent but fell in love with Norfolk after undertaking a couple of work placements in the county and he now proudly calls Norfolk “home".
In 2017 we purchased our current home in South Norfolk where we live with our children and dog. There was a very run down cart shed in our garden which we converted in 2019.
We have always loved North Norfolk and in 2020 we decided to start our search for a home by the sea. After over a year of looking at numerous properties, we purchased Sea Sounds; a beautiful retreat by the sea in Mundesley, North Norfolk.
In 2021, we decided it was time to make our barn in South Norfolk available for holiday rentals and we let this alongside our property in Mundesley to guests from all over the UK and abroad for luxury self-catering holiday accommodation.
What you can expect from us:
Having stayed in a lot of self-catering accommodation previously, we often found it very hard to find places where we felt “at home” and which were cleaned to a really high standard. I would often arrive at properties and start cleaning which was not really what I wanted to do on arrival. We want to provide our guests with accommodation that sparkles because it is so clean. Both our properties are cosy, well equipped and benefit from luxurious bedding enabling our guests to feel at home and able to relax from the moment they arrive.
We also want to provide you with excellent customer service before, during and after your stay with us.

A Great North Norfolk Beach Stay
Holiday Cottage Mundesley
This very spacious, luxurious and comfortable ground floor apartment in Mundesley, North Norfolk (also known as Sea Sounds), is a 2-minute walk from the beach. It is one of 7 apartments in a small, quiet building that overlooks the sea. Mundesley has a Blue Flag sandy beach and promenade and lots of local amenities for visitors. Mundesley is within a conservation area and is a traditional seaside resort with wide open stretches of beach. The apartment can sleep 4 and accommodate a dog. It also benefits from private parking and a large, private patio/garden area.
